My window got broken out at my apartments and I was recommended to Crystle at Diamond hail and dent. I’m very glad I was recommended here, they took very good care of me from start to finish on giving me a good quote that there is no way it could have been beat. Not to mention I had tint previously on it and she took my glass and got it tinted for me before I got to her after I got off work. She stayed open late for me to get down to her and not leave work early to get my window installed. Once getting the new window installed we found out the motor would stop sliding off the track so we needed to replace something and she got that part ordered for me immediately! when I say they go above and beyond, I truly mean it! My 2016 Yukon Denali got beat up pretty bad in the last hail storm. I took it to a collision center and the insurance adjuster looked at it and totaled it on the spot. I asked the collision center if they could still do the work but, they told me that they wouldnt touch it. By luck I found Crystle’s business card at another body shop that also refused to work on my Yukon. At this point I was ready to be turned away again but said hell why not try. So I went diamond and talked to Crystle, she reassured me her and her team could do the work….I honestly had it set in my mind that there was no hope because of how bad it was and PDR?…come on the damage was something that had to be done by a conventional body shop there is no way PDR would work……wrong. I just picked up my Yukon today and I was speechless. The work done was absolutely flawless, I am not kidding you. I am one of those guys that spends hours detailing my vehicles, so trust me the craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. Do not take your car anywhere else, your just wasting your time. Looking for a hail repair shop after a hail storm and saw there add on the web site after reading great reviews I decided to have to have them do the hail repair. Can’t wait to see the outcome.
